Last random act of kindness I observed.

Yesterday at the clinic a woman came in (elderly) with her about 40 y/o severely disabled son. He was blind, deaf, and Im sure autistic.
Her doctor had called in sick and they cancelled her appt. They had tried to call her but werent able to reach her.
I had them go sit down while I discussed the problem with the triage nurse.
The lady standing behind the woman came up to me and whispered that she would like to give up her appointment so that the man could use it.
That was so nice. That didnt happen for several reasons, but it was a very nice gesture on her part.
