day 12

Hmmm, I have lots of scars, mostly from surgeries.
I have one on my lip from a cleft repair, one down my chest from open heart surgery, one across my belly from gall bladder surgery, one across my naval from a tubal ligation.....
I have one on my wrist from a cut.
It is jagged and big. Maybe 1/2 inch from my artery. I barely remember cutting myself. I was in the garage, under 5 years old, and playing with canning jars.
I remember my mom scooping my up, and my dad coming into the doctors office. (She must have called him from work)
I guess that is my most famous scar:)
